The national curriculum framework (NCF) is developed based on the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. NCF addresses education for the
age group between 3 to 18 yrs across India, with four stages in 5+3+3+4 curricular and pedagogical restructure.
Foundational stage which is based one early childhood education,
emphasizing on developing / acquiring language and communication
skills, motor skills, problem solving and socio-emotional competencies and
numeracy skills.
Preparatory stage : [Class 3 to 5]
This stage will focus on experiential learning, laying a solid foundation for
all Subject, Including reacting, Writing, Speaking, Physical, Education Art,
Languages, Science, Social Science and Mathematics.
Middle stage [Class 6 to 8]
This curriculum focus on core subjects of English, Maths and Science.
